Where is the event?

When is the event?

September 22, 2012. General Admission is from 6-9. VIP ticket holders will get in one hour early at 5pm.

What is included in the ticket price?

Everyone will receive a 5oz Fall Harvest Brewfest tasting glass which will include unlimited tastings from our vendors. We will also feature samples from local food vendors to mix and match with your favorite brews (see vendor lineup for details.)

What is does the VIP ticket include?

Our limited admission VIP starts one hour early (5pm) and will get first crack at the showcase of craft beers, micro-distilleries and nibbles. Special Brew inspired food fair from The Drake Centre’s Executive Chef is included in the VIP ticket as well.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available through our webpage and Facebook. If you would like to see a smiling face when you purchase, feel free to stop by the Animal House to pick them up.

Do I have to pay service fees?

Nope!

What kind of transportation is available?

If you want to green it up, the Fort Collins Bike Co-op will be corralling bikes in the parking lot. As a sponsor of this wonderful community service, we encourage you to toss a coin (or some greenbacks, since we’re talking green) in their direction as all tips go directly to the Co-op. In addition, the “Fly Lo” shuttle will be providing rides from The Drake Centre to Old Town at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 and 9:30.

Is this a 21+ event?

Yes it is. Please make sure you bring a valid ID to prove you are wise beyond your years or, at the very least, 21 years beyond October 15^th, 1991. We must card everyone so please take it as a compliment when you are asked by our volunteers.

Is there a designated driver ticket available?

Yes! We will sell designated driver tickets for $10.00. Please purchase DD tickets along with your regular admission tickets online or at Animal House. The DD ticket will include soda from The Drake Centre as well as all of the food pairings and musical guests that will be featured throughout the evening. You may also get major points and perhaps the next hall pass from your beloved designated drinker.

Where can I stay if I’m coming from out of town or would like to make a night of it?

We have secured a discounted room rate with The Hilton Hotel. Please click on the sponsor link for contact details and mention the Brewfest when you book your room. They have dog friendly rooms too!

Where can I find the Fall Harvest Brewfest artwork?

Signed artwork from Fort Collins’ own, Johnny Benson, will be available at the event. If you are unable to attend, please contact us and we can arrange something for you.

Will there be schwag?

Yes! Long sleeves, short sleeves, you can cut ‘em off for no sleeves. We’ll have some great FHB tee’s from Go West to adorn you.

A note from FHB: Craft brews are both nutritious and delicious but a meal they do not make. We will have food pairings available to explore the limits of your taste buds, but we suggest coming with something in your stomach to get you started.
